Yamaha Third Riding Clinic in Chennai

After two successful editions, the third edition of Yamaha Riding Clinic was recently organized in Chennai. It was a joint effort by India Yamaha Motor in association with Yamaha Motor co., Japan and Madras Sports Club. Segregated into expert and novice classes, the riding clinic witnessed 20 participants in the expert class and 30 in the novice session. While the riders were imparted with theory and practical training to improve their basic riding skills on the fi rst day of the two-day event, the second day saw a friendly racing competition. Taking Indian biking culture to a whole new level and identify and nurture domestic talents who can represent India at MotoGP races was the idea behind the event. The participants of the clinic will have the opportunity of taking part in the R15 One-Make race. The winners will then have the chance to participate in the Yamaha ASEAN cup. Organizers feel such kind of international exposure is expected to help Indian riders to prepare for bigger international challenges.
