Pepsi’s first football campaign in India - Indigo ADDITIONAL BAGGAGE

Over 1500 Indigo passengers across six airports in India - Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Goa and Hyderabad - were seriously surprised when they collected their baggage post travel recently. Their wait for the luggage at the conveyer ended with some added weight to it. As a part of Pepsi’s “change the game” initiative, these passengers found an extra football kit, containing a tshirt, football and sipper, along with their checkedin luggage. Young football enthusiasts were totally thrilled with this cool surprise to an extent that some even showcased balancing tricks with the football around the baggage claim section. To add to the joy, passengers from other airlines joined the party. Well supported with a TVC, this is Pepsi’s first football campaign in India, where the company focused on cricket for years. The initiative is an attempt by Pepsi to break the brand clutter and to stand out in a crowded Indian marketplace. Pepsi’s tie up with Indigo for the event also helped Indigo to come a step
